Out of all the kids clothes I’ve seen this is my absolute fav. My daughter is only 9M old and this will be so hard to let go of so she can wear it. This is handmade and whoever made it was absolutely amazing in their craft. The pleats are perfection. If you are familiar with sewing you KNOW how hard that is to do perfectly. This is in absolutely pristine condition and doesn’t even look worn despite its age. The only thing is the elastic in the sleeves is shot but is a quick repair that can be made or taken to most dry cleaners if you care about having elastic there Starting high bc I am so so so so in love with this find but feel free to make an offer 😊No size tag but measures like a 4
