Folks these print blocks are getting harder and harder to find, especially the more interesting larger ones. I’ve seen them framed shadowbox style, hung directly from the block itself in groups, and set on desks or tables amongst other period pieces. No matter how you decide to show it off, there’s one thing that’s really fun to do: use it for its intended purpose!
Take an ink pad and press the block gently upon the pad surface, putting pressure evenly on the back of the print block and then stamp it on party invitations. Having a downtown party? This would make for awesome custom invitations. Or maybe you just want to stamp it with directions to your house. Have fun with it! Be creative! Show it off! The choice is yours.
