A lovely example of a 1950s - 1960s vintage travel iron complete in its original case, with original cord and purchase tickets/ tags.
The power connection is British, with a standard UK plug, for 220-240V power supply. I am not sure whether iron is grounded or not.
To use the iron the handle flips up and is clipped in place. The iron itself is made from stainless steel, and the handle, black, is made from an early plastic.
The iron brand is 'Trident'.
The case is made from a black textured type of PVC, and is lined with a smooth red PVC.
The power cord is black and white fabric, with a white 3 pin standard UK plug.
The power cord measures 265cm long, and the travel case measures 18.4cm long, 14.6cm wide, and 5.2cm deep.
Condition: A little bit of wear on the top of the iron. Cable is in like new condition.
