shiny brass, clear rhinestones, glow-in-the-dark details
clock has been tested and works! winds up & makes a nice tick-tock sound, and minute & hour hands move
rhinestone frame is a little loose and has remnants of glue on the inside, from past repairs
a few screws are missing, but case is intact
