Vintage Patchwork Crazy Quilt. Heavyweight. Rectangular. Bright colors. Some patches have a pattern and some are solid. Backing and hem trim are olive green color - solid. Material is mixed; some cotton, wool, poly, and blended. The backing is either heavyweight cotton or wool. The batting is also heavyweight - cotton I believe. This quilt is perfect for cool weather, but will work year-round. Measures approx. 75x80". Handmade in USA. Dates to between 1920-40s. Excellent Vintage Condition. Wear is consistent with age. No rips or tears. One of the pink patches has an area of discoloration - looks like the neighboring patches color bled onto it. Also, a few of the patches have a side that has come unstitched. This is an easy fix for any level of seamstress.
