Vintage Lefton/ Norcrest Ceramic MERMAIDS Wall Plaque Plate Three Dimensional. Norcrest mermaids on a ceramic plate from possibly the 1950s. The plate is green with some pretty seaweed on it. The mermaids have maroon-colored tails and yellow hair. They are very cute. The plate has a string on the back for hanging. This piece is rare and is extremely hard to find. The mermaids have long dark pink or maroon tails. They are swimming in a green ocean amidst three small fish and seaweed. The piece cannot stand up or sit on a shelf on its own; it must be hung or placed in a plate rack. Two hanging holes with a white cord are on the back of the plate/wall plaque. The plate is 5" in diameter and sits out from the wall about .75". There is no makers mark on the plate nor is the foil Norcrest sticker still attached. One mermaid tail was broken and glues back on shown in pictures nThere is a small chip on back also shown in pictures. The string is firmly attaached
