This is a vintage canister jar made by ARC France in the 1970s. The jar has a rare floral mum pattern with a lid lock and is approximately 5.5" in height and 4" across the top. It has a capacity of 3/4 L and is made of glass and metal. The jar is handmade and features a fastening lid (no rubber seal).
