Vintage rare mid-century Hoops! My Dear brand black nylon crinoline. Used to fill out skirts and dresses. 3" soft band at the waistline with 2 button closure in back. There is no size tag. It measures approximately 12" across at waist line, so it's approximately a 24" waistline! My stylish mid-century Mom was quite slender. Extenders could be used to increase the waistline. The overall length is approximately 29" from waist to hem, and there is a 9" finished hem at the bottom with a soft finishing band sewn where the hem is taken up. Used. As is. No returns.
