This is a very old standard 4ft. barbell,with knurled center sleeve, with 4 red Collars.Be sure to view all measurements in photos! This is not a Olympic bar for 2" plates!! Rarely seen in this size. It is fantastic for doing close grip spider curls, skull crushers, and perfect for forearm wrist curls. Reverse curls.JM press!! And even barbell rows and french presses!
