Believe to be from the 1960's perhaps earlier set of 2 paper mache Christmas Gnomes. One is a blueish turquoise in color with pink scarf, second one is light green with light green scarf. Made with glass glitter, light green gnome has some glitter missing on back. Green gnome has facial issues also, blueish gnome is missing his nose. Both have small holes in the hats where I believe the original hangers use to be. Both would be a great addition to your collection. #24
