Vintage Pixie Elf Figurines Japan Tumbling Elves 1950 Christmas RARE (5) Ceramic. This hard to find set was made in the 1950's and is part of the "Tumbling Elves" series. The original set contained 6 elves, which is very rare to find now. This set of 5 includes ceramic elves who range from 2-3.75" long and 2.25-3.5" high. Each are marked "Japan" on the bottom. Flaws: light scratches and paint wear, one has a superficial crack in the bottom (see photo) and one has a new hand to replace the one that broke (see photo). I used air dry clay, acrylic paints and a clear coat. It isn't perfect but it works. These will be double boxed. 4101
