RARE, saddlebag-shaped, 1920's dance compact. Includes inner pan originally used for rouge, and a compartment for powder with a rotating sifter. No puff or cosmetics. Beautiful, pearly-white guilloche center with pink, blue, and green enamel painted flowers.
Some darkening of silver on front left, clear mirror, some surface scratches consistent with age.
All hinges and clasps secure.
