Circa 1950s. Signed. Good Condition.
Another amazing and rare piece by this singular designer. A stylized Octopus 1.50" x 1.50", set with Rhinestones. Good overall condition. The massive center stone has been chipped and I point the area out in image 6 with a blue arrow. The chip is almost impossible to see, but the piece has been priced accordingly.
