Silk dress from Chloe, with a scallop hem with adjustable tie. Block colour with delicate, intricate flower work overlay, giving it a 60s feel. I can't place this dress in any collection that I'm familiar with so given the style and the fact it was made in Hong Kong, this could be from the 60s-70s but that is only a guess. The last photo shows some slight pulling/laddering to the top layer of sik, and the main label has what could be a dry cleaning mark to it.
