This is a ceramic vintage mini Toby colonial style creamer, it is about 3 inches across x 3 1/2 inches high it is 2 1/2 inches deep. It was made in Japan, circa 1930. This piece does have small chips on the jacket and a riff edge on one side of the hat, does not take away from the charm of this piece.
