This is a reproduction piece by WAREHOUSE, recreating a vintage item.
It's a reverse weave-style sweatshirt hoodie from "THE CITADEL," a military college in South Carolina.
This item is from around 20 years ago and is not the one sold exclusively at Hankyu Men's Tokyo store last year (2024).
The 2024 version is likely a re-release of this item.
