Wayne Higgins Carousel Maker Music Box White Xmas

This musical figurine, titled "The StoryTeller," is part of Wayne Higgins' Carousel Maker Collection. It is a limited edition piece, numbered 132 of 5000, with item number WH1010. First released in 1996 and marketed by Coyne's & Company in Minneapolis, MN, the figurine features a detachable decorative sleigh with a grandfather reading a story to his granddaughter. A plate of partially eaten cookies rests on the sleigh bed floor. The sleigh is adorned with 3-D decorations, including a Russian Orthodox Church on both sides, a priest at the rear, and a cherub angel at the front.

The lower portion of the figurine is a wind-up music box that plays "White Christmas." The bottom has two foil stickers: one reads "WH1010 ~ The Story Teller ~ 132 of 5000," and the other states "Plays: White Christmas." Wayne Higgins' name and collection information are inscribed in gold. Weighing 10 lbs, the figurine comes with its original box and styrofoam.
