This skirt was previously owned and may have scuff marks. One of the ribbons ties is frayed (but no one will see it because it's purpose is solely to act as an attachment.) There is white and dark grey beading at the base of the train. So beautiful!
I am not fully sure of the brand. One size fits most since it's an accessory.
