The bottom is not altered
Patted breast cups included as part of dress
59” very top to bottom of actual dress
17” waist laying flat
Waist to bustle 58”
The only areas that were altered were the waist and the shoulders which were off shoulder now they’re on shoulder that’s it.
Also with the bustle you can put it up and connect it so you can dance while wearing it and it does not drag long as shown in the pictures
The dress can be altered as I altered it
