I’m pretty sure all of the pins and stickers are meant to be seconds/B Grade! These were all mystery items, which is why I’m only pretty sure
The Painting Blue Dragon definitely is (discoloration on the back of the pin) and the Dill Pin was marked as B Grade but I’m unsure if the others are also B Grade or if they’re standard… I can’t tell
