From the research I have done and from where I purchased these, they are WW2 Naval wings in 10k gold. They were soldered to a bracelet and that's what the silver is on the back of the wings I didn't want to try and get it off I mean it's bad enough that it's on there but still they're in pretty good condition, considering.
