Y2K era, gorgeous, midnight blue/teal full length formal dress with a semi open back concept, by Caren Desiree Company. Full lined with a semi sheer shimmering purple color that comes through somewhat in the outer layer. Upper portion features a high neckline and beautiful back tie on a satin material. Center of the back is open with one zipper and eye hook in the center. There is also a fairly high slit in the front left portion of the hem. No flaws, in great condition!
