Yeezy 500 High "Mist Slate"

The adidas Yeezy 500 High “Mist Slate” is a February 2021 release of the high-top silhouette of Kanye West’s retro inspired lifestyle shoe. A somewhat rare adidas Yeezy model, the “Mist Slate” Yeezy 500 High follows the “Tyrian” that was released in May 2020. Like the “Tyrian,” the “Mist Slate” features a puffy neoprene base, this time in an earthy shade of grey. A darker shade of grey tumbled leather is used on the overlays that appear on the toe and collar. Mist Slate colored suede detailing can be found on the toe, mudguard, and heel. Adidas lifts the Feet You Wear sole unit from Kobe Bryant’s third adidas signature shoe, which makes this high-top Yeezy 500 appear even more like a basketball shoe, whether that was by design or not.
