Baby's feet go into the inner pocket. The weighted flap goes on their chest, then you wrap the "wings" around them. There is a huge attachment area for the velcro to stick to, so it is true sizing of 0-3 months.
Machine washable and goes into the dryer. Very easy to maintain!
