ExciteR pyrethrin concentrate contains 6% pyrethrins and can be used alone in a fogger or pump sprayer, or as an additive to other insecticides such as cypermethrin ( see pestcontrolpross store) for a faster knock-down of insect pests. When used alone, ExciteR does not leave a long residual. ExciteR Insecticide with piperonyl butoxide (PBO) was designed with a pyrethroid pesticide to amplify the efficacy on pest insects. With other active ingredients an insect could possibly breakdown the pesticide before it is effective. Because of the potency of PBO smaller amount of pesticeds are needed for pest insect control.
